At Svarna, every piece is carefully selected and packed with love to ensure you receive the best quality jewellery.
As a growing brand with limited margins, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, style preference, or sizing issues.
✅ Return for Damaged Products Only
We do accept returns only in the rare case of a damaged product received during transit.
To be eligible for a damage return:
A clear unboxing video from start to finish is mandatory
The video must show:
•The sealed package
•Opening of the package
•The damaged product clearly visible
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
❌ No Returns / Exchanges For:
•Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen resolution)
•Wear & tear after use
•Improper handling or storage
•Discounted or clearance items
